Dr. Dugger (soon to be Dr. Spicher) graduated Cum Laude from Salus University, Pennsylvania College of Optometry with her doctorate in Optometry. Originally from Iowa, Dr. Dugger is an avid traveler who completed undergraduate coursework in biology and chemistry at Missouri State University before moving to Elkins Park, Pennsylvania for optometry school.
She continued to travel in optometry school by completing training and earning clinical honors at Allegheny General Hospital in Pittsburgh, PA, the James H. Quillen VA in Tennessee, Family Vision Center in Colorado and returning to PA at The Eye Institute in Philadelphia.
Dr. Dugger is a member of the American Optometric Association and strives to provide quality, comprehensive eye exams to all ages. Since completing additional contact lens training at The Eye Institute, she is proficient in traditional contact lenses, and additionally in speciality contacts such as rigid gas permeable and scleral contact lenses. She is able to diagnose, treat and manage ocular disease, with a special interest in dry eye disease.
Dr. Dugger and her fiancé have chosen to settle in Lancaster County, where she looks forward to caring for the eye health of the community for years to come.
